Heidi Miller Zerr

Heidi Miller Zerr, is a founder and managing partner of BDD Artifex Corporation. Her specialty lies in working with organizations to recognize, evaluate and bridge the gaps between operations, strategy development and execution within a framework of organizational development – supporting individuals and organizations to build on their experience and expertise in the fluid business environment in the world today. Her research has centered on factors that achieve quality and sustain change in organizations. Known as a thorough and flexible facilitator, Heidi is particularly adept at developing learning sessions and processes that respond to organizational needs through transfer of learning to practice. As a writer and editor, Heidi has developed and/or edited copy in ads, brochures, annual reports, special publications, curriculum, and newsletters. Heidi has a BA in Fine Arts, a Diploma in Voluntary and Non-profit Sector Management, and a Master of Continuing Education degree in Leadership and Development.

Kevin Zerr

Kevin Zerr, a multi-disciplinary designer and photographer, is a founder and managing partner of BDD Artifex Corporation. His specialty lies in using traditional and computer media to solve client needs in a creative and collaborative manner. With over 30 years of experience in a variety of design disciplines and production processes, he works closely with you to deliver smooth project coordination from concept to finished product. He has been involved in many projects in a variety of design capacities, from designing corporate logos and corporate identity packages to award winning signage and house design. As part of a design team he has been involved in designing commercial buildings, and planning proposals for corporate and municipal clients. He has provided photography for commercial and personal clients. This well-rounded approach to design gives him the breadth of experience to develop dynamic visual communication projects that integrate seamlessly with strategic goals of organizations. . Kevin has a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Diploma in Architectural Technologies.

Simon Schmitt

Simon Schmitt, web developer and founder of Cold Storage Web Design, works closely with BDD Artifex Corporation on web based initiatives, bringing a fresh approach to web information systems. Skilled in multiple scripting and programming languages, Simon provides unique and innovative solutions to web based needs. He provides support to clients and partners by understanding the specific needs and outcomes of the project as well as how the project fits within the larger goals of the organization. Using a variety of technologies and top quality equipment, he provides a diverse field of expertise, broadening the scope of services in which BDD Artifex Corporation excels.
