How long will a project take?

Timelines depend on the scope of the project, the quality required and the money and time you have to invest in the outcome. We offer high value for your investment of time and money. For each project, we will discuss your needs in the area of scope, quality required, budget and time and set up a realistic approach to meet those needs. It is important to note, however, that a change to any one of the factors – scope, time, cost or quality has an immediate effect on the others. If the scope increases, for example, the cost and time and quality will be affected – and this must be identified and acknowledged in relation to the final outcome.

 

 

What do you mean by “my investment of time and money”? Won’t you just provide me with a finished product?

All of the services we provide involve collaboration with the client. Your cost is not only the fee we agree upon, but also the time you need to invest in the success of the project. The amount of time and involvement required by you will depend on the project – but every project requires your time to achieve the highest impact. Whether we are designing a visual communication piece, or a leadership development program, it is important to have your involvement in the process. The chart below gives you a general idea of the involvement required as a percentage of the overall responsibility – obviously, some projects take far less time to complete than others.
